Potassium Chloride（氯化钾）不是防腐剂，钾盐在生命体中扮演很重要的角色，可以对肌肉和神经起刺激作用，你打过点滴肯定就知道，有时是要加氯化钾的。
凌采的官网上对氯化钾的解释：
Potassium chloride is the potassium salt of hydrochloric acid.
Potassium is one of the most important elements in our diets and is an essential ingredient in all forms of life. Each organism has a closely maintained potassium level and a relatively fixed potassium-sodium ratio. Sodium and potassium are two of the most important ions in maintaining the homeostatic equilibrium of the body fluids.
Potassium is important for normal muscle and nerve responsiveness, heart rhythm, and, in particular, intracellular fluid pressure and balance. Because it is the major cation inside all living cells, potassium is present in moderate amounts in most unrefined plant and animal foods (e.g., meat, fruits, and vegetables). 其实如果熟悉AAFCO label ruling的话，从ingredients list的排列顺序就应该知道，比重越大越靠前标示，Potassium chloride在成分表中的位置，都是应该属于supplements，而不是preservatives。
VK3不是好东东，但是太多商品粮里有这个了。现在厂商正在陆续地改良配方。所以要以这个为标准选择余地太少了，但是要知道这个东西是不好的。
卡比凌采雪山其实都可以吃啊，选自己家猫猫喜欢吃的就行了呗。另外还有很多天然粮如果来路正，价格又合适，货源稳，你的猫猫不排斥，也可以啊。
IAMS不用说了吧，全世界都在抵制啊。
另外有byproduct和animal fat之类的也不用说了吧，反来覆去炒冷饭啊。so called animal fat can be anything or nothing.
再以下不用说了吧，见到还有同学在选择喜悦或是伟嘉的口味，不知道你们看过他们的包装袋没有，呵呵，在“成分列表”里面，所有，所有的成分是一模一样的，名称、位置，没有一点点区别，唯一的区别是包装正面“XXX及XXX味”那几个大字和旁边的配图……个人觉得区别只在里面的诱导剂味道不同。WJ同理。
然后我还要说的是：知道如何去选择是一回事，但是，结合自身的种种客观情况，做出怎样的选择是另一回事。千万不要以粮取人。
